Techniques-
Lie down on your mat with your knees bent.
- Place your palms close to your shoulder pointed towards the body.
- Press your palms and fingers on the Floor and engage your core.
- Lift your hips by dropping your head to the back then lift yourself.
- Keep your Elbows straight. Stay in this position for a few Breathes.
- Exhale and slowly release yourself from the position.
