NTA JEE Main 2024 Exam
For the year 2024, National Testing Agency or NTA will be conducting JEE Mains 2024 in the month of April. This is a national level engineering entrance examination in India. JEE Main 2024: What is Eligibility Criteria?
- Qualifying examination- Candidates should have passed the 10+2 or class 12 examination from a recognized board to be eligible for the JEE Main exam.
- Subjects in qualifying examination– it is also important to qualify for the class 12 exam with the subjects like physics, chemistry/Biotechnology/ Biology/Technical vocation, mathematics, and languages.
- Qualifying examination year- Candidates who have cleared the class 12 board examination in 2021, 2022, 2023, or 2024 (Appearing in 2024) can apply for the 2024 JEE Main exam.
- Age limit- No age limit is required to appear for the examination.
• Admission criteria for IITs, CFTIs, and NITs is that candidates must have scored a minimum of 75% marks and 65% for reserved categories like SC/ST (those who fall under the top 20 percentile of their respective boards). In IITs, this is the same criteria as B. Tech/B. Plan/B. Arch admission. Candidates require 50% aggregate in class 12 with PCM subjects for B. Arch admission in other institutes.

JEE Main 2024 Counselling Method
