Triangle Asana.
Technique-
- Stand upright with the legs joint.
- Set your legs wide apart for approximately 4 feet and hold your hands horizontally on the sides.
- If you want to practice advanced Trikonasana, you can bend yourself on one side with your hands reaching your feet.
- After doing this hold one hand vertically towards the ceiling and move your neck till you can keep your gaze at the ceiling.
