The Seal of Yoga.
Technique-
- Attain a Lotus position.
- Take your hands backward on the waist, while doing this hold your right-hand wrist with your left hand and lock your hands in this position.
- Now inhale and bent down from your waist until your forehead touches the ground.
- Keep your hips touching the ground.
Benefits-
- Stretch posterior muscles of the neck.
- Improves muscle toning of the back and spine.
- The stretch also stimulates the vital area of the column.
