Techniques-
- Seat with the Legs stretched.
- Bring the one leg towards the torso with the knees positioned horizontally straight and gently bring the heel across the other Thigh.
- Repeat the same step with knees positioned horizontally straight with the other Leg.
- Raise the Left arm in the air rotating it while stretching the pec/shoulder and then by leaning forward hold your left Toe. Rotating your arms and Leaning forwards benefits the pose as it is performed more smoothly than directly approaching the Toes.
- Repeat the same procedure with the Right Hand to hold the Right Toe.
