Technique-
- Sit it in a DandasanaPose,i.e., with Legs forward.
- Bend your Knees.
- Bring your left foot under your right knee and put your right leg on your left foot.
- Rotate your left arm backward and bent it on the right side of your back.
- And take your right hand and bent it from below towards your left hand.
- Hold this position for a few seconds and follow this procedure with alternate sides of hands and legs.
