Asana- Posture.
The Locust Pose.
Technique-
- Lie down on your mat with a chin resting on the floor.
- Put your hands beneath the body placed near your groin area.
- Now Inhale, and start lifting your legs. Lift your legs as much as you can with your knees kept straight and exhale.
- Hold this for a few breaths and gradually put your legs down.
Benefits-
- Alleviates the Slouch Posture.
- Stretches and strengthens back and core muscles.
- Opens up the Chest.
