Here the noun phrase elegant and attractive added complement to the subject the beautiful Indian clothes.
v) As a complement to preposition noun phrases are used at the end of sentence followed by the preposition.
Ex.
He has played a great role in the management team.
I will enrol in the basketball team.
In the two sentences management team and basketball team are noun phrases used for complimenting preposition in.
