Q.1. What do you mean by Constitution?
The meaning of the word constitution is very important. When the representatives of an independent country unanimously elect a people’s representatives, then the rights, responsibilities and duties of that representative are born on all the people of the country. In that sense, the elected government fallows the rules and regulations and enacts some laws. It is obligatory for him and every citizen to be under that law where the laws are written periodically is the constitution.

(i) Every citizen above the age 18 has the right to vote.

If the law is not obeyed, the government will provide appropriate punishment from the elected administration. If there is no specific law and order, there will be extreme chaos in the country. Thats why constitution is necessary for our nation.
