Technique-
- Lie flat on your Belly on the Mat, with anyone of your ear resting on the mat.
- By keeping another foot straight, bent your foot from the knee, the one which aligns your resting ear.
- Place the heel of that foot near your knee of the other leg.
- Place your palms near your face.
