Full “Lord of the Fish” Pose.
Technique-
- Seat with the legs stretch parallelly with toes positioned towards the ceiling.
- Take your right leg and place it on your left Thigh.
- Do the same with the other Leg.
- Place your left leg across your Right Knee.
- Twist your spine towards the left side
- Position your left hand on your right leg approaching the right leg toe and give a full twist to your spine by placing the right hand behind the left glute
- Place your look at 90 degrees.
