Q3) Short Answers type Questions :-
1) What is a Paint?
Ans :- The Paint is program which is designed by Microsoft company which is used for drawing pictures, sketches and editing them by applying Colors with the help of pencils, erasers and different tools that are made available in the toolbox, shapes and the Color box.
2) How to start the MS Paint?
Ans :- You can open the MS Paint program by following the steps such as Make a click on the Start/Windows symbol button on the taskbar ————— Click on All Programs ——— Select an option as Accessories form the pop up list ————— then click on the MS-Paint program (After which the MS-Paint program window gets opened up on the screen). OR Make a click on the Make a click on the Start/Windows symbol button on the taskbar ———- Type for the MS Paint as Paint in the search box ———- when you see the icon of MS-Paint, click on the icon.
3) Write the names of parts of windows of paint.
Ans :- The parts of the paint window are Title bar, Quick Access Tool bar, Menu bar, Vertical and Horizontal Scrollbars, Status bar, Zoom in and zoom out, Work Area etc.
4) What is work area?
Ans :- It is white blank page that appears on your screen after opening the MS-Paint program. It looks like a normal drawing book page which is used for performing that tasks of drawing or editing images, pictures with the help of tools in the toolbox or pencil and eraser, Coloring them by making use of Colors that is available in the Color palette (Color box).
5) Explain the use of the Save command ?
Ans :- In Every application program there is a small difference between Save and Save As command. The Save command is used for saving the small changes that is made to any files after the saving of that particular file whereas Save As command is made used to save the file for the first time by the name that you wish to.
6) What are the types of Scroll bars?
Ans :- There are two types of Scrollbars which are Horizontal scroll bar (which is used for moving the page from left to right direction and vice versa on the screen) and vertical scrollbar (that is used for moving the from up to down and vice versa direction within the screen).

1) What is Quick Access toolbar? Explain its parts?
Ans :- In the paint program, the toolbar (Quick access toolbar) you may see that it is available on the Title bar of the Paint window screen.
On this tool bar you may find some options in the form of icons which helps you to work in MS- Paint file. If you wish then you may adjust the position of this bar by placing it below or above the Ribbons.
If you want you can add more icons or remove them as per your need. The buttons or icons like Save, Undo, Redo, you may find it available by default on the Quick Access Toolbar. In front of the buttons you may find a black Color small arrow, with which we can add or remove any icons on the Quick Access toolbar that we wishes to. When you make a click on the black small arrow which will be named/identified as Customize Quick access bar, you may find a box appearing which is as followed.
The buttons/command that you want to add/remove or see by default on the on the Quick Access toolbar when you click on the option as Customize Quick access bar, their uses are been described below.
2) Define Home Tab Ribbons ?
Ans :- In the Paint program, you may find the first Tab that is comes after the Quick Access toolbar on the Title bar is the Home Tab. Home tab provides the user different types of shapes under shapes category, different tools in the tools category, different Color in the Color palettes are grouped together under the Home tab, but except the Save, Undo, Redo commands as if this buttons/commands gets displayed on the Quick Access toolbar on the Title bar. After making a click on the drop down arrow of each tool/item that is available in the Ribbons under the Home tab. In the Paint program, under Home Tab you may find the options tools/options that is most helpful to the user in performing the drawing or other works related to it.
