Technique-
- Lie down in Shavasana.
- Place your hands beneath your glutes. Elbows should be in a stretch.
- Inhale head up and exhale while setting your head down touching the Floor.
- Keep your shoulders open.
- While releasing from the asana,Inhale, lift your head, and relax your shoulders on the ground.
