Question 1: Whom should an MLA address before presenting a question or raising an issue?
Ans. Before presenting a question or raising an issue An MLA should address the speaker who manages the assembly.

Ans. If a bill is not signed by the government and is sent back to the Vidhan Sabha with his suggestions, then the MLA s have to debate on this suggestions. The revised bill is sent back to the Governor for signature.
Question 3: What are the functions of the Council of Ministers?
Ans. The council of Ministers frane policies for alloted subjects or departments related to the state government and excuses it. It also introduces the bill in Legislative assembly. The finace Minister of the state introduces the Budget in the legislative assembly.
Question 4: What are the functions of the Chief Minister?
Ans. The chief minister is head of the council Ministers. The functions of the chief Ministers are –
i) Alloting various portfolios to different ministers for the effective administration of the state,
ii) Calling for meetings of council of Ministers at regular intervals.
iii) Supervising the work of every minister and guiding them.
iv) Information the governor about decisions taken by the council of Ministers.

Ans. The main organs of the government are MLA & executive.
