Availability of oxygen to Plants
Plants are natural helping agent of living earth.
Plants take unwanted carbon dioxide from air and decrease suffocation or as well say absorb global warming gas.
It is an interdependent chain in between plant and animals. Someone is out the thing second one is observe that things. Due to this balance is maintained in atmosphere.
Plant gives us oxygen and it producing by photosynthesis.
For the nourishment and survival plants it takes oxygen because without oxygen plants can’t perform a cellular Respiration.
Soil has air space. Roots are taking soil gas and passing to plant for respiration.
If you pour some amount of water in soil it also starts bubbles same like water. It shows that they have a space of air. Therefore, it is clear that Soil has Air space.
Question 1) Explain Respiration in plants.
Answer- in day time plant takes carbon dioxide from surrounding and performs photosynthesis. But in night plant takes oxygen from surrounding and carbon dioxide throughout, this is called as Respiration of plant
Question 2) why we avoid to touch plants in night?
Answer- In night time, breathing process of plants in reverse as compare to night. They take oxygen in night so if we come in contact of plant at night it feels suffocated. Also we are unable to see dangerous insects, reptiles in night so avoid going to touch plant at night.
Question 3) How helpful air which is present in Soil?
Answer- Soil Air is utilizing by insect which are already present in soil.
