2.) i) I would like to refer the idea of developing new hobbies for Hema. As she lives alone and lacks time after work new hobbies will make her mind cheerful and refreshing.
ii) I would like to suggest Rohan for taking exercises as per his convenience. With regular exercise he will be in shape soon and become more confident.
iii) I will refer the idea of managing time properly for Rita. She remains busy in lots of tasks for whole day so she must prepare a to-do list with all important and unimportant tasks allocating time for each. In this way, she will find time for herself and finish work in organised way.
iv) I would refer Rima to think positively. Her past experiences of failure have created the fear and anxiety in her mind. But she should think positively first to see positive things in her ways. With positivity she will see new opportunities in her way and options to cope with her problem.
