An April Day Summary

The poem begins by mentioning the arrival of spring and the return of sun.
In the 1st stanza, the poet tells us the sun has returned. After a very harsh winter because of the arrival of sun, the flowers are seen blooming everywhere. Since the weather is sunny, it is also a good time for harvest. Greenery is seen everywhere. Fruits are ripening. He describes the how beautiful the forest appears and also witness the first flower of the season.
In the 2nd stanza, the poet says how he loves the season. The poet tells us what April is the month of brightness and happiness. It is in this month the forest is covered with bright flowers making the forest come to life. The forest looks beautiful in the month of April with no dark clouds and no indication of storm. The atmosphere of the forest is full of freshness.
In the 3rd stanza, the poet explains the growth and development of siblings. The poet explains how the seeds that only survived the harsh winter condition deriving its need, also came back to life in the spring season. He says that it is the spring season which gives life and strength to the almost weak and fragile trees. The almost dying tress comes back to life.
In the 4th stanza, the poet reminds us how we can hear the mesmerizing music and song of the birds. During this season the birds also come to life by seeing greenery everywhere. The bright flowers makes the bird happy and the rejoice by singing and lance. The poet talks about the beautiful birds flying under the sun spreading happiness by their soothing sounds.
In the 5th stanza, the poet praises the nature. The poet speaks about the sunset in spring. The sunset looks so unreal and extremely soothing. The light of the sunset peeping through the forest and the hills making them glow and look heavenly.
This poem fills the reader’s heart with joy and happiness. It show the importance of the spring season.
