So he went back taking the same dirt road under the searching heat of the sun. As he neared his village he saw the roads were wet, the trees looked freshly bathed. He felt happy and hurried home. He saw that monsoon has changed everything. The Jamun tree stood clean and fresh his mother was thinking god for the rain. He stood beneath the trees and let the raindrops fall on his face. He looked at the clear sky and wondered how he had walked so far in dust and heat in search of the clouds and the cloud came in his absence, shed their rain and gone away.
