Dr.kalam asked his father why he does not say about adversity to the people who come to you for help and advice to which the answer was given.
His father answered that whenever human beings find themselves alone, as a natural reaction, they start looking for company. Whenever they are in trouble, they look for someone to help them. Whenever they reach an impasse, they look for someone to show them the way out. Every recurrent anguish, longing and desire finds its own special helper. For the people who come to him in distress, he is but a go-between in their effort to propitiate demonic forces with prayers and offerings. This is not a correct approach at all and should never be followed. One must understand the difference between a fear-ridden vision of destiny and the vision that enables us to see the enemy of fulfilment within ourselves.

Subject: an application to increase night patrolling to curb anti-social activities.
Respected sir,
I beg to state that I am a permanent resident of block IV under your police station. I am forced to write to you for rescuing us from the increasing anti-social activities near our area. At night anti-social activists take their actions at most level as there is no one to protest them and they fear none. Local people have to face pickpocketing, snatching, teasing now and then. This activities has become common here and anti-social workers are getting courage to spread their racket. For the lack of evidence they do not get punishment even after complaining to police. I hope they will control their actions and we will be saved once night patrolling is increased in our areas.
So, kindly take immediate action for involving night patrolling here and provide us security. Thank you.
Yours faithfully,
Shyam Sarkar
