Subject: To report the loss of a bag containing a laptop and other important documents in public transport.
Respected sir,
I beg to state that I am here to complain against my major loss of an expensive laptop with some official documents. I was travelling by metro to my workplace yesterday morning at 9 a.m. I was in hurry and absent minded for some time. When I reached my destination I left the bag contained that laptop and documents with metro. There was crowd too within metro so I came out of it in hurry. I remembered about my bag just when the metro left the station. I went to the help centre of metro railway immediately. They informed me that I have to complain to local police station first to start the searching process. I need the bag back as it contains all my valuable official documents and expensive laptop. I cannot afford to buy another laptop now. Making the official documents again is also hectic and tiresome. I am accepting my fault but please help me to recover my bag from the specific metro. I have collected information from the metro rail authority about the train details which I have attached with this letter.
So, I am requesting you to inform the metro railway authority to find my bag as soon as possible. There was really important materials which I cannot get back. I am begging your help in this search process. I will be always grateful to the entire system and police if I get back my lost stuffs again.
Thank you.
Yours faithfully,
Ramitapaul
