Respected Principal Sir/Madam, teachers and dear fellow students. Before this beautiful day I have been given a lucky chance to address you all. In my full effort and power I intend to say a few words regarding my topic- “Balancing Life”.
Our lives are out of balance and we are suffering a great deal because of it, there needs to be done something if we want to live our lives in perfect health and harmony. The cost of our grueling lifestyles and constant stress has taken a toll on our system in a devastating way.

We are unhealthy and battling many diseases, our health is gone and our sleep is not deep. What we are witnessing is just the tip of the iceberg, this problem is apparently widespread but being widespread and common doesn’t make it less dangerous. In fact more and more people are dying because of this lifestyle generated diseases. First the physical body gives up, and then the mental body and when the entire immune system gives up, the end of a person begins and he slowly begins to drift into the grip of death. People have a habit of being careless and taking things for granted, and even when it is about their health they do the same thing, they ignore all the warning signs and symptoms of an impending danger and they eventually fall victim to diseases. Perfect health can be achieved only if we look carefully towards our bodies and examine them closely, what do our bodies need to create health? Our body needs proper food, water and air. Plus some physical activity, the physical activity can be of any kind as long as you are not straining yourself, because more important than doing exercise is doing it joyfully and within one’s limit. Health is the result of not one exercise session but the overall lifestyle of an individual. Our lifestyles must be active, we must move more but without straining. Over exertion is also one of many reasons of human woes whether it is physical exertion or mental exertion. The balance of our lives is dictated by our health, and then comes the mental aspect of health. For our minds to be healthy we must stop worrying about things after a certain point because it doesn’t do any good. We must never surround ourselves with people who do not share your energy and who doesn’t give positive vibrations. People must stop talking to persons whose influence makes them worried or sick with frustration. Although we’ve heard people talking about physical health but seldom mental health is talked about in mainstream health. Now is the time to change things for better and bring a balance in our bodies and mind, this will ensure our lives become more balanced. When our lives become more balanced we will be able to do things, help people, complete our tasks, manage our commitments and change the world. The beginnings of great things are always small, but do never think that smallness is unimportant. If we look closely towards the human nature, we are always running for balance, whatever the route that is required to be taken in order to achieve that it will be taken.
