1) Answer the following questions –
Ans1.Browser fingerprinting or browsing signature refers to the activity tracking that websites and apps are programmed to conduct. Whenever we log on to a website or use an app our activity is tracked on the online platform till the time, we logoff. This tracking enables the websites and apps to recommend us products and materials that are suited to our needs and interests.
Ans 2.According to John McCarthy, the Stanford researcher who first coined the term Artificial Intelligence in 1956, AI is the science and engineering of making intelligent machines. The ability of a machine to think and learn is called artificial intelligence. According t hi the AI field refers to the study of the principles, concepts and technology for building such machines and systems that should think, act and learn like humans.
Ans 3. AI is inspired by the workings of the human brain. For achieving AI for machines, it is desirable that the machine is able to act like the human brain does. However there exist challenges that hinder the progress for the same. They are –
a.) Make machines that can retain the facts as knowledge
b.) Make machines that can make decisions and upgrade their intelligence algorithm themselves.
Ans 4. Sensing refers to the stimuli or trigger that makes the human brain process information. Whenever we see, touch, smell something we are sensing. We use our sense organs such as eyes, skin and nose to sense our surroundings before processing that input. The processing of input or what was sensed is called Reasoning. Reasoning makes us understand and decide what is to be done with the input that was sensed.
