Unseen Passage –
Life can be maintained and even saved by food. It can also risk life. Proper nutrition acts as medicine, whereas bad nutrition is poison. We can maintain our health and happiness if we take a little more care with the food we consume. We will get sick if we eat a wide variety of foods.
We take great satisfaction in referring to ourselves as civilized. Knowing the difference between good and bad, right and wrong, is the true meaning of being sensible. Being a slave to our tongue or taste is not acceptable. Even cattle, birds, and other animals only consume food that is healthy for them.We consume a lot of refined sugar and processed food. For fast meals, Chinese food, or deep-fried snacks, we pay a lot of money. We eventually get illnesses.
Mother Nature is no longer important to us. We make fun of the standards of cleanliness, a balanced diet, and advice of our elders. Diabetes is a result of this.
