Respected Sir / Madam
I am Mr Ramesh Solunki having saving Bank account in XYZ Bank. My bank account number is DIGXXXX457 and IFSC code DIXX45600. I have a debit card for cash withdrawal, this morning I went to the ATM at Kalyani Nagar near the bus stop for a cash withdrawal. I used the ATM card as usual, I use it and entered the amount that I wanted to collect from ATM. The amount I entered was Rs 5000/- but unfortunately light was gone before I could collect the cash from ATM. Unfortunately the amount is debited from my saving account but I didn’t got cash from the ATM machine. I wait for lights to come so that if the amount comes out. Before the machine didn’t process for my last transaction. I immediately informed the guard sitting outside the ATM but he couldn’t help me in this matter and told me to inform customer care support. The helpline number was provided on the ATM machine, so I quickly called customer care support of XYZ Bank. But my call was not getting connected to the executive as it said to call from registered mobile number only. That moment I was not having the registered mobile number which was given in Bank. My bank is bit far so I am writing this letter to you informing about the dispute occurred with me. The ATM number is A5770001460 at Kalyani Nagar. I request you to kindly raise the ATM dispute and provide me the ticket ID for the same. I need my money soon as it was for emergency purpose. I wanted to pay my child’s school fees so I wanted the cash from ATM but my bad luck that light was gone.
I hope you understand my need for money and take my case on priority and try to solve it at the earliest. I am attaching the xerox of message received on my amount of Rs 5000/- debit from my account this morning for your reference
