I am Mr. Rakesh Shandilya, senior citizen, having a saving account CBEXXX3456 at your bank. I use my debit card for cash withdrawal and online transactions. I never faced any issue while making any payments through debit card or UPI or Internet Banking service. The XYZ Bank has always given the best service and my own experience are always good and satisfactory. The reason today I am writing this letter to you is that since one 3 days I am unable to make online payments or do any transactions. I was buying a product through cloves website on chrome browser through my own mobile. Everything worked perfect till I come to the payment page. During payment the page reflects the time out error. I tried several times but failed to make payment. I thought it must be the browser issue so I tried the same thing through internet explorer and the same issue there also. I want one day thinking it must technical issue on internet banking. After 2 days I went to ATM for cash withdrawal and my debit card wasn’t worked in the machine. That time realized problem is with my debit card may be. I request you to please my account details and inform me what’s wrong with my account or debit card. As I am a senior citizen and having pain in legs so cannot travel or stand for much time, so I cannot visit the bank. I request you please solve my issue as soon as possible or kindly arrange a call from Bank. My contact number is 7865378906. I hope my issue is resolved and the bank will maintain the same supportive and satisfactory relationship with customers.
