Subject:- compliant letter regarding deduction of depositary charges without any intimation
Respected Sir / Madam
This is a complaint letter for the transaction occurred in my XYZ Bank account under the name if depositary charges. I have saving account SBCXXXX2340 in your XYZ Bank. This account is opened one year ago with the help of Bank employee Mr Sharma. When I opened my bank account, I was told to open the Demat account. I didn’t want any inherent facility or demat account linked to my bank account but Mr Sharma told me to downstairs and open the demat account that time. I never used the demat account still I am charged Rs 850 /-
I was not informing about annual fee deduction. Instead I was was told it is free charge to open the demat account and I did the same. But till now I never used the demataccount. So I need my money back to the bank account. This is an unauthorized transaction done without intimating me.
Take this letter as a compliment letter. I need you to have a check on my account and take quick action whosoever is response for it. I just want my money back. I very disappointed with the bank service who keeps their customers in dark and inform details bout the facility. I request to close the demat accounts and refund my money back. Also I want clarification on the statement given me while opening the bank account that I won’t be charged for demat account. Mr. Sharma of XYZ bank was the one who guided me during account opening.
I hope a quick action is taken on this case
Yours Faithful
