Subject:- compliant letter regarding double deduction from fastag wallet
Respected Sir / Madam
This is to inform XYZ Bank Manager that I MsSmitaSatputeusing your bank account fastag, today I was traveling from Mumbai to Ahmedabad from my four wheeler I came across the Sheetal toll plaza where my fastag was scanned and Sum of amount 450 was debited from my fastag wallet. After crossing the toll plaza I again receive the message of Rs 450 deduction from fastag account. I was in hurry to visit Ahmedabad for my elder sister’s admission in Engineering college so I didn’t went back to the toll plaza that time and near about half hour later I received the message after crossing the toll plaza. I thought the toll must have deducted the return charges also but when I returned from Ahmedabad to Mumbai and crossed the same toll plaza , they again scanned my fastag and amount got debited from my account. I informed the toll plaza authority about the morning incidence happened but they didn’t gave me the proper answer and told to contact Bank for the same. This is the first time when my fastag wallet is been debited twice for the same plaza so I am not aware what is the exact problem or what should I do in this matter.
I want my doubled debited amounts of Rs 450 back to my account immediately. I hope bank will check my fastag account and take immediate action. My fastag account number is WXC5689994 and my registered mobile number is 7897478995. My four wheeler number is MH HR 3944
Kindly raise a complaint of double deduction from fastag account of XYZ Bank. I want my money return in the fastag account balance.
