Subject:- compliant letter regarding ECS not activate from bank so I am forced to pay penalty fees
Respected Sir / Madam
I M S Stan request you to solve my issue of ECS penalty fees
I have taken a personal loan in February 2023, an amount of Rs 75000/- from XYZ bank, when I was an employee of Cogent E-ServicesMumbaibai and have salary account in jijamata bank. I had given all the necessary documents to XYZ bank people. They have submitted the ECS form also.
From the beginning of the first installment payment of the ECS was not activated.
The jijamata bank people have put penalty to me of Rs 400/-
When I consulted jijamata bank people they told that the issue is with the XYZ bank. They have some problem with the ECS. When I talk to XYZ bank they say the problem is with jijamata bank. For four months I was forced to pay penalty fees where I was not responsible for it. The issue was between two banks XYZ bank and jijamata bank. Please let me know what should I do? I have submitted all necessary documents/ forms required, visiting, contacting bank regarding ECS activation still I need to pay penalty fees as ECS is not activated. I need a quick resolution on this now. Why am I suppose to pay extra money unnecessary? No one is giving a proper and satisfying answer, I hope you escalate this case to higher authority and take immediate action on it. My loan account number is LONXXXX568949 and registered mail ID is [email protected]
I request XYZ Bank to take this matter on high priority as I can’t afford to pay Rs 400/- every month.
Yours Sincerely
M S Stan
