Respected Sir / Madam
I am Raghuveer having a XYZ bank saving account. I have noticed that my account is been decided with the amount of Rs 850 every month. This deduction is started from October 2022. So total Rs 850 + 850 + 850 +;850 is been debited. I have not done any transactions and the amount was similar every month so I contacted the customer care. From there I got to know that there had been autopsy activated for my bill payment. But I haven’t activated anything at my account nor I have any bill payments. I need the details of which bill payment my account balance is getting debited and with whose concern. I kindly request you to stop the autopay facility at my account immediately. Without any information or intimation how can Bank debited my money. I want to raise a complaint against this, I have not activate the Autopay facility at my account and four times the amount is deducted from my account. I want a refund of my account money which is debited without my permission. My account number is SBCXXXX2334 and accountholder name is Mr.RaghuveerShekhawat. I hope bank takes quick action on this. Next month no Auto pay should be activated or any amounts deduction saying auto pay should be done. I am the account holder who is strictly not allowing Bank to debited account balance under any facility of Auto pay.
