Respected Sir / Madam
I am Vijay Hudekar staying in Manpada having a salary account in your XYZ bank. My account number is CBIXXXX789 and register mobile number is 8799654742. The reason for writing this letter to you is I didn’t got my refund for the complaint I raise regarding fastag double charges. I complaint number is F468XXX568 raised on 2nd January 2023 in which I raised a complaint regarding doubled deduction of amount from fastag account. My fastag wallet ID is FSXXXX687479. On 1st of January I was traveling with my family from Mumbai to Nashik where I crossed a toll and I was charged Rs 255 at the toll but later when I check my account balance and statement I got to know that Rs 255 is twice deducted from my fastag account. I raised an issue on 2nd January 2023. I requested for the refund of my amount. Complaint was raised by bank employee and I was informed that within 7 working days I my complaint will get resolved and I will get my amount refund. But my its more than 15 days. When I visited bank and asked employee about the status of complaint he replies that soon you will get resolution on it. Even I called customer care support several times but the same reply from their side also. I don’t understand if the complaint resolution TAT is 7 working days than why it is taking more than 15 days?
I request you to check my complaint status and assure me that my amount will be refunded soon into my account. I am not getting proper response from customer care support or Bank employee.
