Respected Sir / Madam
I am Mahesh Suryawanshi having saving account SBCXXXX2341 in your XYZ bank. I mostly use this account for online shopping hence have added the account details on online purchasing app. I use ____ App for online shopping since 1 year and I make payment through debit card of this account. I enjoy the shopping and payments are made smoothly. But last time when I ordered the product amount was debited from my bank account and product was not purchased. I don’t know what’s the issue. I contacted the app customer care support, where they informed me issue is not with their app so need to once contact my own bank. So I am writing this letter to you. The transaction date is 18th January 2023 and the amount debited is Rs 1050 for cotton Jaismine dress. I would request bank to please the check the transaction and refund my amount. I even tried contacted the customer care support of XYZ bank but my call isn’t connecting. So the only option is to write letter to you on this matter. Kindly raise a complaint on it and provide the complaint number on my mobile number.
Now I can just make a request for refunding my amount.
