Respected Sir / Madam
I am MrsGayatri having Bank account in XYZ Bank, Rajiv Nagar branch. This is letter is to get the information of IMPS transaction done by me on 15th of August 2022. Generally I use the Mobile banking app of IMPS transaction as it is easily sent and no need to wait for longer time. Earlier I use to make NEFT payments but it really took almost a day sometimes to receive the money by receiver so I switched to IMPS transactions for ease. Since 5 to 6 months I am use the IMPS transaction facility through mobile banking as well as Internet Banking. Just once I face issue on the IMPS transaction. The receiver got the amount after 3 days. After that I never faced any issue but this time the payment of Rs 3500/- done on 15th August 2022 to Mr. Subhramaniyam in Indgo Bank was not received by him and the amount is debited from my account. I wait for a day by still receiver Bank didn’t credited with the amount. I remembered the last time when I faced issue within 3 days it got solved so this time I decided to wait 3 days. Today is 21st August 2022, receiver has check the bank statement but the amount is not credited to him nor I got the reverse back. My account number is INDUXXXX890 and register mobile number is 87642689075. It has been more than 5 days, so I am writing this letter to you for requesting the status of IMPS transaction. If the amount is debited from my account it should be credited to either beneficiary/receiver or reverse back to my account in case of any technical issues. It is emergency payment need by beneficiary so I choice the option of IMPS of easy and fast transaction but it is of no use of such issue arises everytime. I am attaching the copy of payment details. I request to kindly check the status and inform me as soon as possible. You can either email me the status of my transaction or reply the letter. My email id is [email protected] .
