Respected Sir / Madam
This letter is written to make an official complaint regarding unable to add the beneficiary at corporate account using internet banking. My corporate id is CORXXX7868 and registered mobile number is 7864389064. 15 days ago my corporate account was formed and a week before I received my corporate ID and password. I had login the internet banking and able to see all account details. I can view my account details but unable to add beneficiary. We are two account holders for my Corporate account and we both have applied for view and transaction rights. NakulMarathe and TejasShinde are the account holder names. I am NakulMarathe, who is facing the issue. Another account holder is able to add the beneficiary and make transactions but I am not able to do anything of these. Kindly check my corporate form and confirm me what rights I have been given. This is unexpected, after filling all the form and submitting required documents correctly. I was informed that within one week I can operate my account that is why I opened my corporate banking at your bank. My transactions are pending, my work is getting hamper. We daily have heavy transactions that is why allocated two account holders for the account but only single person can perform the transactions, adding beneficial etc. I request you escalate my case to a higher authority and take immediate action on it.
As a corporate account holder I expect a quick response and action on this. I request you to kindly arrange a call from Bank side on my registered mobile number 7864389064 for quick communication. And do not suggest me to contact customer care support because I don’t have enough time to call customer care support where call doesn’t connects easily and it very time consuming process for me so I expect the immediate call from Bank to solve my problem at earliest.
