There is a quote about human body that says”our body is the only place where we live, make sure it is good”. Many scientific researchers are going on around the world to study more about the complex structure of human body. As the current structure is a result of evolution throughout the millions of year it is important to note that this evolution is still going on.

Head | It present in upper part of body and contain most vital organ that is brain as a controller of our entire nervous system. It should have sensory organs like ear, eyes, mouth, nose which helps us to interact with outer world. |
Neck

It is a cylindrical part that connects head with rest of the body. It facilitates the rotation and movement of the head and also has food and wind pipes inside it. |
Shoulders | They are the upper part of main body and one of the broadest muscles human have. Shoulders have shoulder join which are connected to arms and helps to facilitate the movement of the arms. |
Arms | They are present in pair one in left side and another one in right side.
Arms generally have three parts that is upper arm, forearms and hand. Its main role is to carry and hold things. |
Elbows | They are the joins between upper arms and forearms. This helps forearms to move freely while it allows upper arm to generate power either to lift or to carry something. |
Hands | They are the last part of arms and consist of palm, fingers and thumb. Function of the hands is to carry things precisely and to provide grip. |
Chest | It is the front part of the torso and contains some of the most vital organs of our body that is heart, lungs as their functions are to circulate blood and respiratory one respectively. |
Abdomen | It the area between chest and pelvis. It contains all the organs that are required for digestion purpose like be stomach, intestine, liver and kidney. |
Back | This portion provides support to the whole torso as it have spine that provides posture to the entire body. It also have muscles surrounded it that it used to generate strength while doing physical work. |
Hips | This portion is present below back and in lower part of body. Main function of hips is to provide balance while walking, running etc. |
Legs | These are the body portion present between hips to feet. Work of legs is to provide structure for walking, running, swimming or it is even an important part when human required carrying weight. |
Knees | They are just like the elbow of the hands. Knees provide independent movement of lower part of legs which helps to execute the leg specialized task speedily. |
Feet | This is the end part of the leg having fingers, thumb and soles. The function of feet is to provide well balance while standing. |
Ankles | This part is there to connect feet and legs as it then enables the feet to move in a limited independent move. Ankles help feet to perform their task more efficiently. |
As in the above segment we studied about different parts of the human body it is clear to us how much complex it is and hence it requires care. Our body is not a machine and cannot work 24 hours 7. Proper sleep, healthy diet plays a crucial role towards a better life.
