(1.) What is the difference between being punished for a mistake and being discriminated against?

Ans. There are difference between being punished for a mistake and being discriminated against.
Punishment is taking responsibility for a mistake made unknowingly. It can sometimes be a punishment on the body or physical.
Being discriminated means when someone is discriminated according to their race religion or gender. It is very hurting.

(2.) Though there are many castes in the society, on what occassions do you find equality among them?
Ans. India is a country where there is interfaith harmony. Whether it is Eid or Durga puja everyone gathers here. But on national occasions like Independence day or republic day we can see a huge gathering and equality of all people.
(3) Our Constitution abolished the practice of untouchability and declared it a crime. Do you think it has been fully abolished in practice?
Ans. In order to eradicate the practice of caste, first of all we have to be aware of ourselves. There are still some rules in the society that encourage our caste system. Such can be said for example SC, ST quota. More over people in remote areas of the village are still victims of the caste system. In my opinion, this caste system has not been compulsory eradicated yet.
(4.) How can your school help in ending caste based inequalities?
Ans. The school is the second home of each student. They get all their education from there. We should expose heinous practice against caste system.
The environment needs to be structured in such a way that every student develops an attitude against this caste system. School authorities should monitor so that every students uniform is equal. Everyone eats the mid day meal together. The school authorities should make arrangements for everyone to drink water from the same place. Above all, students should be educated against caste system.
