- Why do you think Kwati is prepared in the months ofJuly-August?
Answer –In the months of July-August Kwati is made because in this time of the year the festival called Kwati Purnima happens and Kwati is the traditional food of this festival.
- Do you eat sprouts in your food? What are they?
Answer – Yes, I eat sprouts in my food. Different dishes such as soaked sprouted beans, salad,curries etc.
- What are the other kinds of soups that are good for health?
Answer –Soups such as vegetable soup, chicken soup, bone soup etc. are good for health.

Answer – The types of seeds that are eaten in my family are pea, soyabean, rajma, kabulichana etc.

Answer –We eat seeds in different curries, we boil it and eat, sometimes we soak it at night and eat that in the morning.

Answer –Fruits have seeds inside them so when it falls on the ground it can evolve into a full grown tree.
- If we keep a few seeds in a bottle, will it grow into a plant? Discuss in your classroom.
Answer –Yes it will grow but we have to provide water, soil and other nutrients.

Answer –We make two types of tea at home. One is a liquor tea, which is made by putting tea leaves in water and boiling it. Other type is milk tea, which is made with milk, tea leaves and sugar. In milk tea sometimes we put ginger or cloves.

Answer – No, the local people doesn’t cause the large scale destruction of forests like other agencies. It is because the forest gives a lots of valuable things such as food, medicine, wood etc. So local people don’t want to harm the forest but agencies cause large scale damage to the forest due to their greed for money.

Answer – Yes, worshipping of forests helps in their protection. It is because when we worship the forest we regard it as our God. So people wouldn’t want to cut the tree which we regard as God and they will be protected
