1.) Write a short note on the Right to Education.
Ans: First, Mr. Gopal Krishan Gokhle had proposed a resolution to the Imperial Legislative Assembly on March 18, 1910, but it was not approved. This proposal called for free and compulsory education in India. This topic was debated in the Constituent Assembly after India attained independence. States were instructed continue providing a free and compulsory education to children until the age of 14 within 10 years after debate under Article 45, which is found under the chapter of Directive Principles of state policy.
2.) Why fundamental rights are included in the Constitution?
Ans: Fundamental Rights arc basically the basic needs of human beings which are essential for the development and welfare of our society. These rights must be considered important by the society. There are many type of rights, out of which the most important are those fundamental rights which are important for the mental, moral, cultural and physical growth of a person. Fundamental rights are those rights which are supreme and included in the Constitution. Provisions have been made in our Constitution to safeguard the fundamental rights.
3.)‘Right and Duties are the sheep of the coin flock’. How?
Ans: Rights and duties are two sides of the same coin. Government and society had laid various rights for the prosperity of citizens so it also expected that the citizens performed their duties towards it. If we do not fulfil our duties then we don’t have any right of any kind. All the fundamental rights included in the Indian constitution also have duties in accordance with human rights.
4.) Explain the Right against Exploitation.
Ans: The third right is the right against exploitation. Under this right it prohibits trading of humans, forcing to work without salary, etc. We do not have any right to exploit any human beings. We should not discriminate others on the basis of salary, working hours, child labour, or on the bases of caste, creed or religion.
5.) How can be defend the Fundamental Right?
Ans: The fundamental rights of our constitution are protected by the Judiciary of the constitution. If any person is allegedly stopped from using their rights, he/she can complain in court.
