Ans.The lawyer was initially hesitant about sending Ali as the third witness but when he saw that Ali was very confident and that he was already losing the case, the lawyer decided to send Ali as the last chance to win over.

Ans. Ali’s English was not very good, he made many grammatical mistakes while speaking.
10.) There were errors in Ali’s English. Which was the first error? And the second error?
Ans.The first error in Ali’s English was when he said, ‘I was cooking you for the last ten years….’ where the preposition ‘for’ was missing. The second error was when Ali said, ‘I know how to make impossible possible….’ Where he missed to use the article ‘the’in front of the word impossible.
11.) Did the errors change the meanings?
Ans.Yes, the first error changed the meaning of the sentence as it seemed that Ali was cooking the lawyer and not his food. The second error minimized the effect of the sentence, it did not make proper impression.

Ans.Yes, Ali saved the case in a very clever manner with his intelligent arguments and alertness. He cleverly reconciled the different statements given by the first two witnesses and gained the confidence of the judge and helped the lawyer win the case.

Ans. Yes, Ali made the impossible possible with his intelligence, cleverness and level headedness.
