Dear friend,
I hope you are doing well. I am also fine. I have arranged a unique event in our school recently about which I want to share my experience with you. I have told you before that some of students of different classes in our school CWSN who need extra support and care in times. In many cases, we have found that this specially abled children stop their education in midway for lots of troubles in learning. We cannot understand their needs in time and they lose all hopes to learn more. On 3 December, the international day for disabled persons our school organised a great programme to motivate those special children completely. I got the chief responsibility to arrange the event and think about the theme and various programmes to include in it. Our school is well-known to provide equal support and opportunity to all children and by organising this programme it proved the purpose strongly. Our school invited the local village president, counsellor, headmaster and human rights activist to cooperate in maintaining the programme successfully.
I have seen the difficulties to understand the conventional method of learning of specially disabled children in learning closely. They need some extra efforts, tricks and tactics to teach a simple topic. Even they need extra time and efforts for understanding a single topic than other normal children. To view their needs our school authority has decided to arrange some specially trained teachers for teaching these disabled children. Our aim is to not stop their path of learning and growing. We believe that they have some talents too by exploring which they will also reach their destination and achieve goals. They just need strong support and reliable hand to take them towards the path of positive learning. I am very happy for such great measures that are taken by our school. In that programme, there were many cultural event where children too parts. Besides we arranged a special play performance to encourage children more in taking active parts in all extracurricular activities within school.
I truly hope that students of our schools will find their own growing paths one day through the personality development programme. They will be more active, sensible and focused in learning from the specially arranged learning program for them. I am eager to help my friends more in their learning as much I can in classroom learning. We all should treat them equally in class so that they do not face diversity and overcome their difficulties soon. I hope you will like my experience and try to encourage students around you too.
Bye,
Your friend.
