Subject: Frequent call drops and extra charges
Sir
I would like to draw attention of concerned authority mainly the mobile service provider regarding frequent call drops and extra charges through the column of your esteemed daily.
As day by day the number of users of mobile phones is growing, frequent call drops and extra charges become problems. Nowadays, there are several call drops happen during every phone calls and it is very annoying. Even service providers charge extra for making calls again and again. Due to several call drops users are paying extra charges and spending more time to complete their interrupted phone calls. Where users use per-sec or per-min schemes, it is very problematic for users to pay excessive money just for that bad quality service.
The users are suffering and they are very disappointed. I think that there is a need for improvement in network. So, the authority should take actions as soon as possible for solving this issue.
Yours sincerely

Sir,
Through your esteemed publication I would like to draw attention of the Governmentand telecom authoritiesregarding the frequent calls drop and extra charges billed for mobile usage.
I have recently applied for post-paid tariff plan keeping in mind that I won’t have to recharge my mobile plan every month which would be hassle free for me. However, since last two month I have been receiving huge sums of billing for which most of the time my phone has not been used to make any calls or SMS. There is big problem with the network, and most of the time I have been facing call drops which becomes very frustration specially during a business meeting call.
It would be advisable to set up a mobile tower in our locality so that we wouldn’t face any further calls drops and the network connectivity would be stronger for internet purpose as well. I request the telecom authorities to recheck the billing from their end to avoid any discrepancies in the billing and send me revised billing with actual charges rather than sending me billing with charges for which the mobile phone hasn’t been used.
Hoping the Government and telecomauthorities take desired action and solve these issues at the earliest, throughthis publication in your newspaper.
Yours sincerely,
Rahul Naik
