I am an current account holder in your bank since last 5years. I recently visited your branch to deposit a check and when I asked your staff to guide metheyseem to not take me seriously. They rudely give me a form and say to stay aside. Not only me, many other people are also unsatisfied due to their misbehavior. Your staff are always busy in their personal gossips. They speak very harshly whenever we ask them to guide us. They do not provide us right guidance whenever we need it from their end.
I request you to give attention to my complaint and take necessary steps so that your staff properly provide us services that we deserve. Thanking you. Your Sincerely,

Respected Sir / Madam
I am Brijesh Singh, having a corporate account (COPXXXXX4468) in your reputed Bank. Since last 12 years I am with your bank having a current account and last 3 years having corporate account too. I always got a good service and facilities from your bank. I really appreciated the bank employee supportive nature towards me, so I opened my family member’s bank account in the XYZ Bank. But last week when I visited your bank I saw the few bank employees were changed. I was facing the issue in sending the money to the other account from my corporate account. As you know a corporate account is a business account and daily there are heavy transactions related to business. Since 5 days I was facing this issue so visited the Indira Nagar branch of XYZ Bank where I have my bank account and talked to the bank employee name Mr Sujit Mishra. I told him my issue as my business was getting hamper. I explained him the seriousness that my business deals, the transaction is not working which is affecting my income. He simply answered me to contact customer care support for getting the solution on it. I immediately contacted the customer care service but it took almost many trails and hours to connect the call. As per customer care executive my account needs to be updated that is why I was facing an issue in the transaction. I was about 3 hours in the bank. After my conversation with the customer care support, I again talked to Mr. Sujit Mishra and told him everything, he was not paying attention on what I am talking to him and started saying me to go on another counter, that’s not his problem. I checked with another counter, they again told to visit Mr. Sujit Mishra as he is the only one who takes the cases of account updataion. This so wrong to misguide the customer who is already in much problem. Instead of helping the customer Mr. Sujit Mishra not only ignored me but also misguided me. When I asked him about this behavior, he started the rude tone on me. This was the first time when I was absolutely unhappy with the service and the misbehavior of the bank employee was not at all tolerable. Firstly it was a bank employee’s duty to check what’s wrong with my account instead of suggesting call to customer care when I was physically visiting the bank. I wasted my 3 hours sitting in the bank calling up the customer care and the issue I get to know was account updation is pending, this simple thing bank employee should have a check, and told me earlier. But the bank employee didn’t accepted his mistake and was rude on me. After having my 12 years with this bank, I don’t expect this type of misbehavior with me.
I request you to kindly take some action against Me Sujit Mishra, so next time he would be polite and good to customers. You may take action as per your norms and regulations under bank but assure me that this would never happen again with me or any customer. I hope this letter taken on a serious note.
