I am Avinash Shrivastav from Bihar writing this complaint letter to Indian post Delhi head office in regards the wrong delivery of my important documents. My team has send me some confidential documents via post from Kashmir. The Article number provided was EM399519698IN. The post was send on 5th May 2023. I was tracking the correct ID provided to my one the team member from Kashmir. But unfortunately when I receive the post on 17th May 2023 the item received was wrong. The item received to me is something set of old books. I have received the wrong delivery. And also I am concerned about my important documents where are they. It should not get in to wrong hand. This is not expected from Indian post.,such unprofessional behavior. We customers trust you soo much and in return this what we get. I even tried contacting the number provided on the website but no one is receiving my calls. I am just unhappy and I want immediate action on this letter and want answer for all this. Who will be responsible if my confidential documents are misplaced somewhere? 87657907647 is my mobile number and I am expecting a immediate call from the Indian Post. I want my important documents to me at earliest and handover this wrong item received to Indian post.
