Subject- Complaint letter regarding document not received
Respected Sir / Madam
This letter is in regard to documents which are not received yet. My father have send the documents via speed post a fifteen days ago from Haryana. Yet I didn’t receive my document so take this letter as my complaint letter for not receiving the post. On 2nd May 2023 my father Mr Joseph Justin send the post from jabal post office of Haryana. My article no. is Article No: EM39951169. I got a message of dispatch of post from Haryana on 3rd May 2023 but after that I didn’t receive any update from the Indian Post. I tried to track my post on www.indiapost.gov.in but no information available after 3rd May 2023. I waited 15 days to receive my post. Now it’s high time, my post which contains important documents are needed by me for the admission procedure of my college. I hope you understand the seriousness of this matter and track my post on immediate basis. This is not the first time my father sending me the post, Yet I never faced any issue but this time it not only took so much of the time but also not showing proper location of the post. I have provided my article number in this letter and the place from where the post is arriving. The location where it is sent to Mathew Justin, Shree Nivas Colony, Noida, Delhi. I am just worried for my documents, at least update the location of my post on the official website. I would great if my Article No EM39951169 is received within a week so that I can proceed with my admission procedure, otherwise I would be marked late and will be charged a late fee.
Kindly take this complaint letter on priority base and send me the location of my post as soon as possible.
Yours Sincerely
Mathew Justin
