Subject:- letter regarding excessive traffic due to Road blockage
Respected Sir / Madam
I am resident of Golmohar colony at Rajiv Nagar, I am writing this letter to you regarding the excessive traffic jam created because of Road blockage. It has been a month we are facing the traffic issue outside our colony road. Already we were facing the traffic issues because of barricades placed on the road but now the situation has worsen. A month ago there was Police checking on road for inspection of cars. I understand the work of police and their work for our safety, I highly appreciate it but after the work done no one removed the barricade from road. A week there was Police inspection and after a week no police man was standing on road for any enquire. There was traffic jam during this one week but we locality people adjusted thinking about the police work and didn’t interfere in the work. But it has been a month still the barricades are laying on the road creating the traffic jam on road. We people cannot touch without any permission from police authority so we informed local police about the situation and requested them to send someone who would clear the road barricades so that traffic would get place to move bit fast but no concerned authority came and our request was ignored. We are really facing issue due to this road blockage.
Two days prior the big tree fall on the street due to heavy wind , and half if the road is covered with this fallen tree. This has created excessive traffic jam. We called up the concerned team to remove fallen trees from the road infront of our colony but still no one responded us. This is so unacceptable behavior, due to this road blockages ,we cannot reach job on time, children are late for the school, people walking on road facing issue. This excessive traffic jam has created lot of Pollution at our area, we can feel the air pollution while breathing. 3 to 4 trees are fallen on road, it will hardly take a day to clear everything but 2 days are over no one cane to inspect the situation or took any action. After informing and having a word with local police, we didn’t got as such positive response so we are forced to write this letter to you on behalf of my colony resident.
I hope as soon as my letter is received to you, immediate action will be taken on this and kindly assure us the road blockage is cleared as soon a possible. It would be good for everyone.
Yours Sincerely
Rajesh Kapadia
