Respected Sir / Madam
I am Sudip Mishra having credit card of XYZ bank. I am using the credit card with number CVXXXCXXXX4576 from one year. I always paid my amount dues on time and even if I was late to pay sometimes I never received continuous calls from bank for payments. I really had a good experience upto last 6 months. Last 3 to 4 months I could not pay my dues on time, rarely get late by a week that is 7 to 10 days and not more than that. Having a financial issue so my payment dues are not on time but that doesn’t mean I don’t pay back the credit card payments. From 2 months I get calls from DSA asking for credit card payments. At start whenever they called I paid the payments. But now since one month I get daily 10 to 12 calls from different mobile numbers and they talk with a rude tone. I don’t know whether this people ate really authorize to call me or not. I contacted customer care for this matter and they told that there are not calls reflected on my account so that means XYZ Bank is not contacting me. Than who I’d DSA ? Are they authorized by XYZ Bank to contact me?
Now it’s high time because these people started visiting my home from last 5 days. Why I am treated in such way as if I have borrowed lakhs of rupees and running somewhere. The same reply I give to every call I get. I am writing this letter to you so that you can check who is looking up for my credit card payment and who is calling me 10 times a day , visiting my home. I am attaching the xerox copy of Mobile number Screenshot from my mobile for your reference. Kindly check whether these are fake numbers and Also sending a copy of ID card a man was wearing, check is this fake or real.
You can check my records of your bank. I hope you will check the issue and assure me that I won’t be getting 10 ton12 calls each day for the same reason of credit card payments.
