Subject:- Complaint letter regarding unable to download account statement for whole year through Mobile banking.
Respected Sir / Madam
I am Sudarshan Shende of Tilak Road having Bank account in XYZ Bank.
I use mobile banking from long time and almost knows the service provided at mobile banking for customers. I want the account statement from 2nd April 2022 to 31st March 2023. I tried through Mobile banking App but I am unable to download the whole year statement. The option shows minimum three months’ statement for downloading. I want to fill my Income Tax Return for which I need to submit my bank statement as soon as possible. If mobile banking app has the facility of downloading Bank statement then why such limitations are put of three months. What should I person like me do who needs a whole year bank statement. I called the customer care support, where I got to know that there are limitations of 3 months fir downloading the account statement. I ask him what should I do then. He suggested me to contact Bank for the issue. So I am writing this letter to you. I am not getting proper solution on my issue. I request you to check my bank details, my account number VIPXXXXX45 and registered email id: [email protected] and registered mobile number: 8755389063. I am unhappy with the particular option of statement download in mobile banking. I suggest you to kindly upgrade the options in it. I would be great if my account Bank statement is sending me on my registered email id for now. But I need the solution to my complaint and assurance that next time when I try downloading Bank statement there should be option for the whole year rather than just 3 months
