I am Mrs. Dasgupta having account in your bank. My bank account number is SBCXXXX2333 and IFSC code DIXX45600. I am writing this letter to make a complaint for not receiving OTP on email for online transactions. I usually use internet banking for shopping purpose. I love online shopping so in a month there is an online shopping many times from my mobile. When starting my online internet banking I request to send my OTP via email id and I always receive OTP for any online transactions via email. For security and protection from fraud I wanted OTP on my email id only. But since 15 days I am unable to receive OTP on my registered email id. I am unable to make transactions, make payments. First I thought it might be having some technical issues but now it is more than 15 days so I am writing this letter to Bank to check the issue with my account and fix it at the earliest. My registered email id is [email protected]
One query I have is I wish login the mobile banking of your bank so I tried downloading the app of XYZ Bank but there were 2 to 3 apps so I am confused that which is the official app of your bank. I would appreciate if I am sending a link through which I can download the official mobile banking app of XYZ Bank.
I request you to check the issue of OTP and activate my OTP facility as soon as possible so that I can enjoy my online shopping without any problem.
