Respected Sir / Madam
I am Mr. Sandipkhade from lokhada, Gujrat. The reason for writing this letter is to file a complaint on fraud transactions occurred in my saving account of XYZ Bank. My account number is CBIXXXX788. On 20th August 2022 morning, twice the amount debited from my account. One transaction is of Rs 299/- and other transaction is of Rs 599/- Ignored the message thinking it might be SMS received late when earlier I must I purchase something but at evening again Rs 1100/- and Rs 1599/- I been debited. I didn’t purchase anything, since I checked the bank account statement where I came to know that all these transactions have done on 20th August 2022 only. Neither I purchase anything nor my family members used my debit card for online purchase or shopping. Even my debit card is with me. When I came to know this may fraud transactions I immediately called customer care support. The executive narrated me the statement which showed the morning transaction is of food purchase from McDonald’s and the other two transactions showed some online shopping. I informed the executive, I have not done any online transactions so this is fraud case. The executive suggested me to immediately block my debit card to avoid further deduction of the amount from my account. It was really not possible for me to block the debit card but still I agreed and confirmed my details to block the debit card. The executive was really supportive and guided me correctly. Even the executive told me to block internet banking and UPI for safer side. I agreed for this too. Today I am writing this letter to make a complaint for this fraud case and immediately take action against it. Also I want my money return. Total Rs 299+ 599+ 1100+ 1599 /- should be refunded to me as soon as possible. Take this letter as a complaint and raise a ticket on priority.
As my debit is blocked so I need a new debit card. I am attaching the copy of adhar card, pan card, and account pass book, I hope this is sufficient for applying a new debit card. I would be great if I receive a call from the bank side for the fraud case resolution.
