This letter is in regard to Welcome kit, I am Mr. Bhavesh Gaikwad from Indira Nagar. 20 days ago I had visited the bank a month ago and submitted all necessary documents required for account opening. Mr. Purcell is the one with whom I coordinate the things. I was told that I would receive my welcome kit within 15 days but now it’s been a month almost 30 days I didn’t receive anything. Even if there is some issue from the bank side for delaying my welcome kit, the bank should have informed me about the same. At the time of account opening every one was so cooperative and said now I don’t need to worry or visit Bank for the welcome kit. I didn’t receive any update through message or email or call regarding my account credentials. I request you to kindly check my welcome kit status and let me know through the call from the bank. If possible kindly send my account credentials on email id or mobile number. I have to start the transactions from my account as soon as possible. I hope you look into this matter and take a quick action. Hoping for a good customer service from your bank. It is bank responsibility to look what kind of issues customers are facing and try to solve it soon. If I don’t receive any call or message from the bank side within a week then I won’t be continuing with your bank and close the account.
