2.) Briefly about Ashoka Dhamma .
A:- Ashoka was the most important kings of the Maurya dynasty with Magadha as the
capital. Ashoka things that there will be peace in the kingdom only if different of people coexist harmoniously and to ensure this in his empire. Ashoka adopted the palias of Dhamma, aim of maintaining peace in the nation by promating unity and tolerance among people. Some ideals of dhamma are –
- Obey Parents
- Respect gurus
- Deneurce animal saerifice.
- Express tolerance towards every religion and
- Show kindness towards fellow creatures.
Buddhism inspired ashoka to propagate Dhamma. Ashoka conveyed his Dhamma to his subject through stone edicts. These edicts were placed along the rides of the main roads and in the city centres.

A:- Maurya dynasty was discovered by Chandragupta Maurya with Magadha as the capital. The Socio economic features of Maurya dynasty are as follows –
